LATE POLICY
I do my absolute best to be on time so you can be seen at your scheduled appointment. Of course, life happens and I understand. Please do your best to contact me if you are going to run more than 10 mins late to your appointment so I am aware and can accommodate you to the best of my ability.
However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, please keep in mind that we may have to shorten your service OR be cancelled/rescheduled while incurring a fee.
Please keep in mind - this is not my goal, BUT I do have to respect my other guests’ scheduled for the appointment!

CANCELATIONS
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to schedule an appointment. Your deposit will be applied to your appointment the day of. Please note that if you need to make any adjustments to your appointment, a FULL 72 hours notice is required. Your deposit may be transferable to another appointment ONE time if given a notice before 72 hours.
If you decide to cancel or reschedule within the 72 hours please note that your deposit is non-transferable and I charge 30% of your service to the card on file.
If no card is on file | you will be required to pay this before scheduling another appointment with me.

NO SHOW
In the event that you do not show up to your scheduled appointment - please not you forfeit you deposit and I charge 100% of the service missed.
You will not be allowed to schedule another appointment with me.
